    A senior engineer reviews your application, resume, and any portfolio links. We respond either way within 3 working days.

  2. Recruiter Conversation

    30 minutes

    A short call to talk through your background, the role, compensation expectations, and questions you have about us.

  3. Technical Interview

    60 to 90 minutes

    Conversation with a senior engineer covering systems, code, and architecture. No leetcode trick questions, just real problems we have shipped.

  4. Take Home or Pair Programming

    2 to 4 hours

    A small, realistic problem from our domain. We respect your time, the prompt is bounded and the review is fast.

  5. Founder Conversation

    45 minutes

    A meet with one of our founders to discuss values, long term fit, and what your first 90 days would look like. Offer follows within 48 hours.

Where is the office and is remote work allowed?

Our office is in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. We are hybrid by default. New hires typically work from the office for the first three months to bond with the team, then move to a hybrid pattern that works for them.

What is the interview process like?

Five stages spread over 2 to 3 weeks. Application review, recruiter call, technical interview with a senior engineer, a small take home or pair programming exercise, and a founder conversation. No surprise rounds, no leetcode trick questions.

How long does it take to hear back after I apply?

We respond to every application within 3 working days, yes or no. We know how it feels to wait, so we do not let candidates sit in limbo.

Do you sponsor visas or relocate candidates?

We currently hire candidates with existing work authorization in India. We do not sponsor international visas at this time. For exceptional candidates relocating within India, we offer relocation support.

What is the compensation structure?

A fixed salary, performance based annual bonus, and an annual learning budget. We share compensation bands at the recruiter call stage so you can decide early whether the role fits your expectations.

What does the first 90 days look like?

Week one is onboarding, team introductions, and getting your local environment set up. Weeks two to four you pair with a senior on a real feature. By month three you are shipping production code on your own with peer and senior reviews.
