What partnership models do you offer?

How does revenue share work?
Revenue share is documented in the partner agreement and depends on the model. Referral partners earn a commission on every project that closes. Resellers get partner pricing with a healthy margin. Outsourcing and BOT have predictable monthly or milestone billing. Terms are reviewed quarterly.
Do you sign NDAs and protect our client relationships?
Yes. We sign mutual NDAs before any project detail is shared. Reseller partners get full white-label engagements where we never appear in front of the end client. Your customer list and pipeline stay confidential.
Who owns the code we deliver to a partner client?
The end client owns the source code, documentation, infrastructure, and intellectual property unless the partner agreement specifies otherwise. We transfer everything clean at handoff and provide post launch support if the partner agreement includes it.
How long does the onboarding process take?
Most partners are onboarded within two weeks of first contact. The discovery call usually happens within one business day. NDA and partner agreement typically complete in five business days. After that we set up the Slack channel, partner portal, and kick off your first project.
