Accessibility Statement
Last updated June 3, 2026
Decipher Zone Technologies is committed to making https://jdev.decipherzone.com accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or technology. We treat accessibility as a baseline quality requirement, not a bolt-on.
1. Conformance target
This website is designed and built to conform to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, as published by the W3C. This is the standard referenced by the EU Accessibility Act (in force since 28 June 2025), the UK Equality Act 2010, and Section 508 of the US Rehabilitation Act.
2. Measures we take
- Semantic HTML throughout, with landmark regions, headings in document order, and lists used for lists.
- Visible focus indicators on every interactive element, with a 2px outline that meets WCAG focus contrast requirements.
- Color contrast meets WCAG AA on all text and interactive surfaces.
- All images that convey meaning have descriptive alt text. Decorative images are marked aria-hidden.
- Dialogs and modals trap keyboard focus, support Escape to close, and restore focus when dismissed.
- Forms include visible labels and inline error messages that are programmatically associated with their inputs.
- Motion respects the prefers-reduced-motion user setting. Animations are decorative and never required to access content.
- Lighthouse accessibility audits run on every page in production. Average accessibility score is 99 / 100 across the site.
3. Tested with
- NVDA on Windows
- VoiceOver on macOS and iOS
- Keyboard-only navigation on Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge
- 200% browser zoom on a 1280px viewport
- Lighthouse and axe DevTools automated audits
4. Known limitations
We know about and are working on the following items. None of them prevent core tasks (reading content, navigating, submitting forms):
- The Project Estimator slider controls expose values numerically but do not currently support direct keyboard arrow input on Safari. We plan to address this in the next iteration.
- A small number of decorative gradient backgrounds may reduce contrast for users running custom high-contrast browser themes. We are migrating these to solid fallbacks.
5. Report an accessibility issue
If you find a barrier we have not listed, please tell us. We aim to acknowledge within two business days and resolve issues within 30 days where reasonably possible.
- Email: info@decipherzone.com with the subject line "Accessibility issue"
- Postal: C-29 Q Block, Mansarovar Extension, Narayan Vihar, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302029, India
When you write, please include the URL of the page, the browser and assistive technology you were using, and a short description of what you were trying to do.
6. Assessment method
This statement was prepared on the basis of self-evaluation by the Decipher Zone development team using a combination of manual screen reader testing and automated tooling (Lighthouse and axe DevTools). It was last reviewed on June 3, 2026.
